Ground Zero Cross

The National Council for Freedom and Enterprise is fighting to keep the Ground Zero Cross standing.

After the tragedy on September 11, 2001 this cross found in the rubble has served as a memorial honoring the Americans who lost their lives on that day.

And now atheists are suing to remove this symbolic cross from the National September 11 Memorial and Museum!

Whereas:   Our religious liberty is protected under the First Amendment; and
Whereas:   The Ground Zero Cross is a treasured memorial honoring those Americans who lost their lives on September 11; and
Whereas:   There is no law banning museums from displaying religious artifacts; and
Therefore: I urge the New York Supreme Court to keep the Ground Zero Cross standing in the National September 11 Memorial and Museum.
